We can also accomodate shipments to any parts of the globe.WE BELIEVE WE ARE NOT JUST MOVING FURNITURE WE ARE MOVING FAMILIES. We do offer a baseline insurance of .60/lb additional insurance may be purchased.We have assessed insurance, which is a total assessed value of your goods and we price per percentage from 3% to 5% depending which deductable you choose. no deductable would be 5%; 250.00 deductable would be 4% and 500.00 deductable would be 3% of total value. In certain cases we do require 50% of service fee to be paid at pick up and 50% to be paid upon delivery.The total bid includes Gas and Tolls which will be paid from the 50% of payment collected at pick up. Too many issues occurred for me to leave a purely positive feedback. 1) truck didn't fit all items causing a 2nd trip furniture damage and time loss. 2) communication was difficult 3) 2nd trip items didn't arrive until a MONTH later, however this was unintentional due to death in owners family. Ambassadors did make it right however by discounting their fee by $137 and making sure all the items eventually got here. also the actual movers themselves were very nice, professional, and hard wor

These are fantastic movers!!! Great communication, very punctual and very very nice people. My items arrived perfectly and they went above and beyond helping us assemble a very tricky crib. These guys and Daisy are fantastic!!!!!!
