Some communication crosses in the beginning, but the bike was picked up in CO and delivered to Upstate NY in just 2 1/2 days during which the driver sat through that huge snowstorm in Buffalo, NY. Very nice guy, bike arrived perfect. Would DEFINATELY do business with again.
