I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period.
I billed the customer several times on Pay Pal as requested by the customer, myself and another driver were both lingering in the area while communication was trying to go through, I could not e-mail client on site given to Uship, so I was only able to deal with him when he called me. There will be a bill sent for $100.00 cancellation fee as we did due dilligence to pick this item up. My cancellation policy is plainly stated on my profile.
