Mr. Miller was professional and easy to work with. Our new boat was picked up from Missouri and and delivered to Michigan as scheduled. The pricing and payment arrangements were fair and equitable. The communication was good, no complaints. When we wanted to know the status of the pick-up and the ETA we called the service provider to check in. This service provider is top notch. I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment I am a transport driver, and no longer in the area of pick up. I requested to be called as soon as the shipper obtained my phone contact number. As a transport driver I can not be online constantly. Missed communication occurred. I submitted a one day bid and did not receive contact until I was out of the area. Scheduling will conflict with completing this shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Several things were wrong: Trucker had a bad phone number listed with UShip.- Trucker was sent 3 emails after acceptance of bid and never responded to any of them. Trucker did not inform shipper what time today he would pick up the horses and called 1 1/2 hours before wanting to pick up horses. Trucker was informed that horses were thoroughbreds that were 16 hands tall. His trailer was much to "short" to handle thoroughbred race h

The shipper had knothead horses that would not load. They were not thoroghbred or trained to even load onto a standard horse trailer. The bid was excepted and needed info was exchanged. Transport drivers can not be continually on the net. Our job is to Drive and can not be nursemaid to shippers that expect answers to emails every couple hours. There is no need for us to continually be in contact with shipper prior to actual hauling of horses. Underload, yes. Shipper is now stalking me on Twitter
