Shipment arrived at 11:00 PM,after they promised by 8:00 PM Driver uncooperative Had to take car and it was too dark to check out Driver would not let me inspect car or remove from trailer until after he was paid Found gouges on rocker panel where wood used to drive car off was too short and cocked up and hit the rocker panel

Contact with the company was good at first. Next time I heard from anyone the driver contacted me the day of the delivery. The driver said the wrong phone number was given to him. Also the extra of tracking the shipment on line went out the window. Not a company to pass on for another shipment.

Eric, I understand your frustration. We as a broker contract out only reputable carriers that give 12-24hr notice before the car is to be delivered. The carrier had all of the info which they needed for the transport. For this reason we will no longer be using the company that transported your vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience, but are glad that most importantly your vehicle arrived on time and in perfect condition. Thanks Jacob

They communicayed well. On day of pick up, the pick up time changed a few times but driver kept in touch to ensure someone was avaialble.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have made multiple attempts to contact Jacob with Allied Auto Logistics about our shipment on 7/10/12 both by email and phone message on voice mail. I called again and left another voice mail message on 7/12/12 and still no response. I am afraid that he is on vacation and not getting his messages. On 7/7/12, my wife had to go in the hospital for emergency surgery on her Stomach and Esophagus. They had to remove 30% of her stomach and a significant portion of her esophagus. Her recovery is no

After numerous attempts the shipper cancelled last minute with no communication. We had scheduled flexible pick up and drop off.
