The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time THE SERVICE PROVIDER DIDNT PICK UP THE LOAD AT SPECIFIED DATE, THEN ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT, WHICH I DIDNT MADE, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM FOR 4 DAYS SO THAT THEY GIVE ME THE WIRE TRANSFER INFO. AND NOW I NO LONGER WANT THIS SERVICE PROVIDER TO PERFORM THE JOB.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The service provider couldn't commit to a pick up date requested. Response from AllianceEW: We were not able to commit at short notice because shipping dates were changed from the original dates agreed on.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Every time I called the shipper he answered and was willing to assist in the pick up. Alliance was the one that droped the ball here. I am very dissapointed in their service. Response from AllianceEW: Was given telephone to shipper. Caled several times and left message. Driver also called and no one called him back. Spoke to customer a told him uable to contact shipper. Driver was not availble after a few hrs wait. Did not have another immediate truck available until two days.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider was suppose to pick up item on 8/16/2010, and I received no communication that the date was changed to 8/17/2010. They stated they tried to contact me and had left a message, but there was no message. I had to continuously call them, but never got a legitimate answer as to when item would be picked up. When I was able to get in touch with someone, I was told that the truck was overbooked and filled to capacity with prior stops, and didn't have room for my item,plus they didn't Response from AllianceEW: When we contacted shipper we were told that they could not accomodate the driver because an appointment is required so driver could not wait days. We schedule appointment and got another driver waited over hrs because they did not have a bay available there was wait time so we had to leave we have other shipments to pick up and deliver. Had to pay driver for wait time. Only 2 hrs allowed for loading.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried on many occasions to contact the service provider. I have called and emailed many times. I spoke to a lady after the bid was 1st accepted and they have never responded to a call or email since. I will resubmit for bidding again.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider In the past week the shipper has arranged for a truck to pick up the item twice. Each time the truck has arrived at the warehouse to pick up the item, the driver has refused to take the printer and put it on their truck. Despite the clear and accurate picture and description I provided the shipper has been unable to locate someone who will ship the item as I advertised it in the listing. The warehouse manager has now been called away from his duties twice only to have the driver refuse to loa Response from AllianceEW: I agree that I sent 2 trucks in, however when the 2nd truck went to do the pick the shipper was the one that turned the driver again. When I spoke to the customer he said that he got someone to move it for $500.00 so he did not need our services any more.
