6/5/2007	Service Provider	Neutral	longears (0)	I accepted the bid at the price quoted but ended up paying more. They continually argued about the measurements after having documents faxed to them. They shipped a skidsteer (diesel engine) in a refrigerated unit with frozen food. The delivery was timely, the drivers were great. But the equipment was packed tightly with this food and they really had no room for the skidsteer. We had to jump start the equipment It took a couple of hours to do that and then was told I had additional wait time. While the driver was on location he called to say that the equipment was much longer and the weight was more than the weight that was given. When the office called and spoke to Pam telling her what the driver said, she approved the additional amount because she said that if an additional charge was going to delay the shipment to go ahead and pay the driver because she has been waiting on this

I was able to locate another service provider and make arrangments with them to ship the backhoe.
