Alex was very friendly, professional, and flexible with scheduling in transporting the truck. He had great communication along the whole process and even delivered the truck two days early! I felt safe and confident with all of my belongings in his possession. I will definitely consider doing business with Alex again in the future.

Alex was INCREDIBLY helpful and went above and beyond to help us move all of our heavy stuff. He was very punctual and accommodating with our schedule. We needed our things moved fast, and Alex got the job done. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for help with moving or shipping.

All things moved was awesome. Great job! Pick up was on time and delivery was on time. Alex kept in close contact to let me the status of my shipment. He even helped me load and unload his truck. Not one thing damaged and he went from Maine to Florida. I would definitely use AllThingsMoved again for my move.Thanks Alex. Great job!

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The trailer was described as 2,000 pounds and it weighed considerably more and had a 7 pin connector and trailer brakes, which was not mentioned when we discussed the shipment.

I purchased this trailer off Ebay. The seller listed it as 2,000 pounds. It never occurred to me that a professional towing company would show up in a 1/2 ton van with a bumper hitch and only a flat four trailer connection. Especially when he was advised that it required a 2 5/16 ball.

I let down Garrett and Katie by losing some of Katie's items, and I feel terrible. They were of course not happy, but were extraordinarily more forgiving and polite than most would be in their situation. They were great to interact with, and I only wish they could say the same for me. I hope to do anything I can to rectify the situation as much as possible.

I said I could do this job IF it took a 2" ball. There is proof of this on the listing page. Jason told me it did in fact take a 2" ball, and when I used my time and fuel to drive quite out of my way to get the trailer, the employee I spoke with told me it was 2 5/16". I called Jason and said, "I thought you were sure it was 2"." He replied, "All of my other trailers are, so I just assumed this one would be also."

This guy had way more stuff than listed, (including a gun). Mostly in heaps and piles that we were tripping over the whole time. There was garbage everywhere, cat droppings on the floor, (literally 14) birds, several of which were screaming at a piercing volume. There was almost no path to walk anywhere due to the garbage and junk in this guy's house. He had nothing packed in a box when we arrived, just piles of small things to be loaded piece by piece, or junk he stuffed in garbage bags for us.
