John is the best. very courteous and prompt. Did an excellent job of scheduling and hauling 2 collector cars for me. I will use him again for future transportation. Dont hesitate to give him a try. He is amongst the best of them in the business.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time My shipper, CJMUTUAL, did not pick up my Canoe, and he did not return my Phone Calls, or answer any of my EMAIL inquiries. His Contract expired on 10/12/08. I now need to Cancel this Contract, and go to the next highest bidder. Thanks for all of your Help ! I hope that I do not get billed twice ? Thanks, Steve ONeill

Steve, our contract didn't expire, We called & emailed you the same day (we) "booked it now" and paid the uship fees, you didn't pay uship or us anything. The only one out here is us.($40) Not sure what you are saying here. You called and said you would be out of town till Mon. 20th. & to pickup after that. We can be flexible but come on here. If you changed your mind about shipping, no problem just say it. We were adding this w/ a large boat haul we have to MA since yours only pay pennies a mil

CJ Mutual is Excellent! I was on an extremely tight time schedule and Jon from CJ Mutual was great. He was timely, courteous and professional. At the last minute I needed to transport two motorcycles in addition to the car I had contracted for and they were willing and able to make this happen seamlessly (or so it appeared from my perspective). I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto transport service!

I recieved my Bird & her Cage, the Driver John is Great! there was a few misshaps though. My delivery was A week late. Apparently the Driver was giving the wrong address from the office and because last minute changes to another delivery, mine was delayed and i was not aware of it till I called and found out after speaking with my contact pick up person where the shipment originated.So my delivery was delayed a week due to no fault on my side and i still paid full price for it! John was great!

We were delivering a large boat for a customer of ours near this so we bid 9-15 said we would pickup 14 days & deliver 4 days after, they accepted 9-16, We picked up 10 days later and delivered in 4 that makes it 4 days ahead not a wk late. left us F/B 10-2 the next day. do the math. Address they first gave in listing was Chicago, went there then they said sorry inlaw gave wrong addy they lived in Elmwood, IL, west of Chicago..6 hrs away in rush/hour traff

He wanted to pay after boat gets in russia. We dont work that way in the US!
