I needed to get the car shipped quickly so called her back & left a message that I had found a local shipper to send the car right away. Response from AllPointsAutoMover: Customer was very impatient and did not allow us the 1 extra day to work out the deal. We had an problem with one of the trucks and customer was informed that another truck will be there the next day to pick up her car. I called to make the necessary arrangements when she told me her husband had found someone else to do it.

Response from AllPointsAutoMover: This shipper is a broker, who did not make sure that vehicle was available for shipping before she went ahead and request for transporters to bid on vehicle. I called the customer to make arrangements, then to find out the vehicle was already shipped by another transporter.

She keeps saying that she has family issues which i can understand but i have given her enough time. So i relisted the shipment and went with someone else and would like to get my visa refunded for the uship fees of this one. thanks brad Response from AllPointsAutoMover: My apology to you Brad for not fulfilling my obligation to you. They offered me 2 vehicles of which they did not have. Information was sent to me for pick up, when I call to make arrangements with the customer, was told that the vehicle has already being transported.
