I rate this provider-positive because there was a problem with the vehicle upon delivery. The side air bag deployed when the door was closed. Fortunately no one was hurt. Mark, the owner contacted GMC. They took responsibility for the repair. I'm sure had I contacted them I may not have gotten such an response. The vehicle had other problems but, the delivery was hendeled properly. Thank you Mark it was good doing business with you.

Mark at Affordable was professional Booked shipment quickly and I was surprised the Trucking Company picked the car up the next day. Didnt hear anything from trucker for ten days? Showed up Seven hours late from when promised and driver was very cocky with quite an attitude. Dont USE AUTO STAR TRANSPORT Very Unprofessional .And he Wanted a TIP ? and wouldnt bring his truck to my front door in a open street. Affordable Good experience! Auto Star Transport Dont USE !

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time My shipment was booked on the 20th. The shipper has agreed to pick up the shipment within 5 days. Today is the 30th. I have talked to the shipper twice and he has asked "Is the car ready now". My response has been yes both times. He stated he would jump right on it and I have yet to hear from him. I am relocating to California on the first and need my car picked up immediately.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I entered into a contract with the shipper. I expect that the contract be filled. The Shipper claims that they are rated as the #10 carrier for uShip and that they represent 5000 trucking companies. They have not answered my emails, or my phone calls. They claim to be open 24/7. Are they a little dirt shack in Nigeria ripping people of for the deposit. What does uShip know about the cmpany? Sadly I did not go with the lowest bidder. Out of 6 bids I went with #2. Thanks your for any assistance.
