And ofcourse the most Important thing is our INSURANCE CERTIFICATE (CARGO) 1 Miliion. all bikes are covered up to 100,000 Ins.If you dont have plates or there exp No Worries We do provide Temp plates. at No Charge We have a 40 foot Gooseneck Trailer we haul that with our 2010 GMC 3500 HD We also have a chevy C3500 AND OUR 5500. ALL bikes are covered we use moving blankets. No Exceptions. We also have a contract. Everyone gets a copy. signatures on both ends. And for showing our appreciation ALL SHIPMENTS BOATS, BIKES, CARS, TRAVEL TRAILERS, ETC ARE CLEANED BEFORE DELIVERY. NO CHARGE!!! FREE!!! When we contacted him after confirming the bid he said he would come on Sunday morning and we agreed that would work. Sunday morning came around and he never showed up. We called him again and he claimed to be stuck in upstate and would come pick it up on Monday. I knew that it was too wide and told him that it would not fit. He came anyway and wanted to try it. We measured it and there was no way it would fit by 3 inches. He kept telling me that it would. After we came to an agreement it wouldn't fit he told me that he was waiting on his brother that had the trailer. He was coming from Florida and would call me about 5 PM on Dec the 5th. I have not heard back from hi Response from AcmeMarine: IT WOULD OF FIT!! BUT HE PUT A WIDE TIRES ON IT BEFORE I ARRIVED SO HE WAS WRONG ON THE MEASURMENTS WERE WRONG. I am not comfortable doing this, especially since I attempted to do this (despite my better judgment) and the wire transfer was rejected by his bank. I spoke to Mr. Cook who ensured me the bike would be covered from the elements. I 100% believe him but I am not comfortable with it and it is no reflection on AcemMarine or Mr. Cook. I paid in full and expected them to adhere to the Uship terms & conditions of payment which he was not happy about. I seriously doubt if any family emergency exists. I am highly disappointed in this transaction and request a FULL refund with no 10% being withheld. Response from AcmeMarine: YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME MY GRANDMOTHER PASSED AWAY.
