Thanks John for hauling my boat from Texas. I'm sorry the paperwork for my boat was late coming in so you had to wait around a few days for it. This resulted in a negative post from another customer who's cargo was traveling with mine. This wasn't your fault at all. I was able to track you the whole way here and your communication was great. Horrible experience..Constant promises, no follow up, no communication. Shipper stated he is prompt, has GPS so I will know where bike is at all times etc..etc..No GPS, No communication, heck the guy's voice mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message when he doesn't pick up. Bike arrived a week late and when I did get ahold of shipper via text he was extremely sarcastic, rude, and whined about his gas mileage. He didn't even have a proper ramp. Avoid this guy!!

Ofcourse he's not telling you everything! First of all my communication with my customers are GREAT! Just read my Feedback. yes I'm on veriplace 24/7 He didn't no how to use it wow. Now my Voicemail was full I didn't no it I cleared it ASAP! and Yes I was late I had to wait on the paperwork from the boat I was Transporting. I told him if he wanted to cancel Not a problem HE DIDNT. I'M NOT RUDE OR SARCASTIC! I work off of repeat and refferals. hes mad cause he didn't get it the same day. WOW!!!!!

John took very good care of my Harley on very short notice. Professional, and you can tell he's not just in this game for quick cash. He takes pride in his work. I don't know of many shippers who will take a shipment on a day's notice, and still get it to you on time.. even when they have the flu. Thanks, John! I look forward to using you in the future.

Sorry it taken me so long to get this done. But John was one of the most professional men I've ever worked with. Always in contact and keeping updated on the status of the shipment. And a super cool guy on top of that. He took great care of my motorcycle and got it to me safely. He was very understanding and worked around my schedule which is very important to someone in the military. I will definetly use acme marine for my next shipment.

I will start by saying that I was skeptical at first to use a transporter I knew nothing about but was I ever wrong. I have nothing but great things to say about John. He picked up my 32 1/2 foot Chaparral wide load all the way from California and brought it all the way to up state New York. He overcame some challenges (trailer problems) but nothing that he wasnt able to handle. He was always reachable either by phone or text messages. I would highly recommend his services anytime.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider John tried to come pick up the load but insisted it would fit in the back of his truck. I knew that it was too wide and told him that it would not fit. He came anyway and wanted to try it. We measured it and there was no way it would fit by 3 inches. He kept telling me that it would. No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After reviewing my bid I realized that the provider would be transporting my motorcycle in an open pickup, which is not what I wanted. I spoke to Mr. Cook who ensured me the bike would be covered from the elements. I 100% believe him but I am not comfortable with it and it is no reflection on AcemMarine or Mr. Cook. It was my mistake as I was new to Uship and regret any inconveinance it may caused and in no way will it keep me from using AcmeMarine in the future.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Several calls were made to the provider who was very reluctant to proceed as he wished that I give him the payment number in advance which I declined. I paid in full and expected them to adhere to the Uship terms & conditions of payment which he was not happy about. I seriously doubt if any family emergency exists. I am highly disappointed in this transaction and request a FULL refund with no 10% being withheld.
