Relatively new to uship, not new to hauling. We operate under our own authority, by-the-book: USDOT#1608074/MC#594653. $100,00 ON HOOK & CARGO INSURANCE/$750,000 Liability = Your boat/trailer IS insured when we tow it! We haul cars, trucks, boats, RV's, tractors, forklifts, bobcats, motors, engines…! 6 ton/5+ ton capacity GMC Topkick truck, 20'/4+ ton capacity trailer w/very low dovetail = loads minimum clearance & very narrow wheelbase vehicles & equipment easily and safely. It has two splitable 32" ramps that work nicely w/tractors. The Able Transport philosophy in a nutshell - we simply ask ourselves how we would handle this property if it was our own & that’s how we proceed! I have a CDL A and a total of 6 years of varied hauling experiences. From towing cars, boats and heavy equipment to driving construction roll-off, concrete trucks & flatbeds. I’ve also hauled large electric motors, turbines and generators, gaining further rigging, crane & forklift experience/certifications.

Although I know accidents happen what really bothered me was the way the shipper handled it. He tried to avoid going through insurance and began accusing me of not being reasonable when I chose to. He called me a liar and sent me a settlement proposal that was terribly insulting and might have paid for a tenth of the damage to my bikes. Shipper did not want to take responsibility for damage caused. I will not use this shipper EVER again. Response from AbleTransport: Simply compare with my other feedback here, my feedback on ebay, etc. The EXTREME contrast speaks for itself VERY well :)

The shipper did nothing wrong and was profressional throughout the transaction.

I suspect he cannot even tell the truth from a lie. He fooled me and will fool you. Then he called me unreasonable and a liar and wouldn't take responsibility for damage that he took pictures of and emailed me about. He's a horrible businessman.

Finally accepted bid and called at 6:45am and expected me to be 6+ hours away without any kind of reasonable notice. Bid stated "Arranements will be made within 24 hours of bid acceptance". Also, Customer's first language was other than English and he did not seem to be able to understand waht I was saying...he just kept repeating the same things. Any reasonable communication became impossible. Also could not provide address that gps and mapquest would recognize
