after paying uship booking deposit provider requested another deposite wired directly to his bank account saying he knew nothing of the uship deposit.western union advised against this.provider did not seem interested in contacting uship to resolve .

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Able shipping agreed upon a price to transport my vessel. After accepting the bid Jeff from Able called and stated it would be 1950.00 instead of 1500.00 I paid the entire shipment in full. As they arrived they determined it was going to be an additional 1500.00 to transport this boat 125 miles. They offered me a 1000.00 refund and are keeping my 950.00 to pay for an escort and license. Due to this, I am forced to file a small claims against this company for the remaining balance due back t

Boat dimensions changed when ableboat transport showed up. obviously we can't give the same price for a "bigger" boat. You don't pay for a chevy and revcieve a merecedes. jeff jeeeesssss!

Jeff & Gigi are great people & I did receive a great price on the shipment. But, Able Boat did not do a "complete" shipment from point A to point B. I had to learn about what was needed to haul this boat out.To give Able Boat Transport credit, none of us knew what needed to happen.I didn't like that some of burden was left on my shoulders to figure things out; like calling the permit company to find out what the hold up was. Able Boat is a transport broker.Make sure you know all the details!!

Dept. of Parks for Nevada had just invoked a new charge for a permit to haul out of the federal park locations. Able did "eat" the cost of this permit and we had to wait an add'l time for permit to be issued. Also, due to holidays we had to wait for permit to run into NY and also did not charge customer for add'l wait time. Certainly, this was a learning curve for us to now charge for add'l permit in Nevada and Arizona for state parks fee. You sure did get a great rate!!! Thank U for your biz

We appologize for the misunderstanding for our driver to our customer.We do understand the frustration.Although transportation isn't an exact science and things happen that are unforseen.There was confusion with the driver.Which there was a delay at delivery.In the future we will be open on the weekends for boats in transit.The boat arrived in same condition as pickup and the same day just a few hours later.Thanks Jeff

provider claimed they would provide shipping paperwork and never did after several emails and phone calls to them. Wasted 30 days.
