Nick provided a great deal of help with coordinating the shipment. Service level can be considered very high. Pricing was a little higher than the competition but service level was worth the extra cost.

Overall a pretty decent shipment. Picked up okay, but delivery didn't go quite as smooth as the customer would have liked. Driver should have kept better contact with the customer about arrival time, instead of showing up 1.5 hours after he said he would. Overall though, the freight loaded on time, and delivered in an appropriate time frame. We hope to do business again in the future with the client, and will throw in a discount to make up for his extra time on the delivery. Thanks again Wayne.

It's rather unfortunate we had to cancel this shipment, but the posted mileage on the Uship webpage were incorrect. They read as 1200 miles, in actual it was 1700 miles. The difference of 500 miles was too great to absorb into our already quoted price. Hope that Wayne and Lee found someone to pride the services required for an affordable price. Maybe catch you guys on another shipment down the road.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provided accepted the bid with the proviso to use the right equipment for the job, especially when that fact was mentioned in the auction and was part of the condition of the auction. After accepting the bid, the service provider indicated that it did not have the proper equipment for the job.
