I then found out it would be "brokered out". AW did not even pick up my vehicle. To my suprise a tow truck arrived at my house to pick up my vehicle from another comapny! Then they said "the truck broke down", "car won't be delivered on time", "one week late, etc." They then asked me if I was willing to pay more money to get my car delivered late! What a joke.

There was very little communication and since my last attempt to contact him I have not gotten any response.

They said they never even had a truck assigned. And at first they said they only use there trucks then it changed to they were going to broker this out,and after I told them I am not comfortable with this being brokered they changed there tune and said they would only put this on there own equipment,then and only then did they start asking for money up front instead of the original pay on delivery of vehicle at destination. They have bee Response from AWAUTO: THIS CUSTOMER IS NOT BEING TRUTHFUL. WE NEVER ASKED FOR ANY MONEY WHAT SO EVER. WE WERE GOING TO PUT IT ON OUR TRUCK THAT DID HAPPEN TO BRAKE DOWN. ALSO, THIS CUSTOMER EMAILED US WANTING US TO TRANSPORT MORE VEHICLES FOR HIM. HE IS ACTUALLY A BROKER HIMSELF BUT, WE DID THANK HIM FOR THE OPPORTUNITY AND APOLOGIZED AS WELL.
