I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from Gary. I shipped 9 pieces of family furniture from the Chicago area to my daughter in Los Angeles. He carefully wrapped everything in blankets. Because his big truck could not make it down my narrow, curvy side street, he left the truck on the main road and walked each and every piece from my garage, a half mile, in the rain, to where he had to leave his truck. That was service above and beyond! And a heck of a nice guy too.

I had a wonderful experience with authorized carriers and would highly recommend them. I had regular communication with Gary to ensure that everything was on schedule. He was also flexible with pickup and delivery time which was very helpful for me. My belongings arrived in good condition and they were very quick with the unloading process. I honestly did not expect moving my things from Chicago to LA to be this easy and affordable. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Gary was professional, courteous, friendly and trustworthy. His responses before and after his bid was accepted were prompt and clear. He wrapped the furniture well and delivered it up a narrow staircase to a 2nd floor without damage. His services were over and above the usual mover. I highly recommend him.

I was ready to load the conference table on the agreed date, however the paymnet to the company that did the refinishing was not made. I called shipper but only tallked to an answering machine. As I was on a time sensitive shipment I could not afford another days delay. I was able, available and on time for the pick up on the day to load and unavailable there after. At all times was there phone contact made.

It was a great experience, Gary kept me informed throughout the entire trip and approximate arrival date. All items came intact, and he went the extra mile to even help set it up. Great service and a very kind person. Would certainly work with him again.

I really could not asked for more. The truck was VERY impressive, he had all of the necessary equipment and then some. He was very easy to get a hold of and he keep me updated on the move. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality and dependable shipper.

Upon calling to arrange pickup was informed that the payment for the work done had not been paid and would not be released. Company called to arrange payment by credit card, but could not reach contact person. I called a while later but again - no answer only voice mail. As I had a tight schedule I had to leave the table behind but not before spending a few hours on the phone. Since I am no longer going to Las Veg
