Thanks for all the help. Scott is fantastic and goes above and beyond. We had originally locked with another transit company (UTW) and they were a nightmare to deal with. Scott picked up and did the job keeping very close contact and even setting up for a forklift at the drop off locations. Cant speak higher of any other transit company. thanks again

No Detailed Feedback Available ADS0041 Can not take NO for an answer. The shipment was concelled the same day it was confirmed. And that was at least three weeks in advance of the ship date. Pound Sand? This is not the lanquage of our business!

A voice mail & email on 11/23 from uship, I called & emailed your CO.11/23asked for address Your CO emailed the addresses 11/24.Talked to your CO 11/24 about pick up times and the like.Talked to Sales rep on 11/24 he said he would call back in 1-2 days he was still working on dates,got a call on 11/25 about payment turms.11/26 your office asked about canceling were told their would be a fee.11/27 your office was still trying to fig out if they want to ship or not.as of 12/29 you havent canceled

No Detailed Feedback Available Shipper was very competent. He transported a large forklift I had just bought and there were complications because the steering was not working at all. It took some time, but he got the heavy beast down without incident, and with a patient and pleasant demeanor. Would recommend to anyone.

Theis people area a real pice of work. Theay book it I book a back haul and then they give my load to some other out fit and do not tell me now I am stuck moving the other load because I will not cancel a loag I tell someone I will move for them. and I could not find a load to replace theirs so I will end up driving for 3 days and it will cost me $$ to keep my word to the other load. I ask theis POS if they would at least cover my fuel and the were fast to tell me to pound sand! DOT NOT SHIP 4 T

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment shipper assumed these batteries were new, but they are *used* and therefore must shipped as hazmat; shipper cannot perform this kind of transport.

We do not do HAZMAT. The pic that was posted looked like new batteries.

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Shippers info is not right. weight is off alot! unit is about 17,961lb not 10,860 / height unit is 9' tall not 5'9' / distance is 470mi not 426mi. / Unit can not be moved on the back of the truck I was going to use it would be over 14'6' and the trucks pay load is 14000lb
