The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
* P.Smith not actually from APMOVINGSERVICES (call them 866-554-5929) Business card says Kingsway Relocation Service, Pembroke FL
* After 4 weeks never delivered to NY.
* Very poor communication
* Endless lies. At one point he said "It's in storage in Virginia and I'm flying there to personally drive it the rest of the way." and rx'd an SMS on a Friday "Be there Sunday 3pm". Never arrived. Never got a call.
* He agreed in email to return all furn. to a location we agreed upon. We'll see...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I am not requesting cancellation the provider is and I dont understand why, I contacted the provider two times and he assured me that he would be able to provide the service I require. Please review this situation, Paula Darby

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Two months later and Patick Smith has yet to pick up my things as agreed. After many lies and deception still nothing from this supposed business man. I gave him many opportunities to deliver on his promises and all I got was lies and more lies. He is the worst "business person" I have ever delt with.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I placed my shipping request over a month ago and have yet to receive my armoire. I contacted the shipper several weeks ago and he indicated that he had not forgotten about my service request; however, I have received no phone calls, emails or any type of follow up to indicate exactly when they would pick up my armoire in Florida for delivery in Virginia. I am very disappointed in the lack of service.

Patrick called that "the guys" were 1 1/2 hours from our house. 1/2 hour later, he issued a refund to Paypal but the refund bounced.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The service provider called me less than 4 days ago to confirm my shipment dates, and there were no problems at that time. My dates are also flexible between the 25 through the 30 of April, and even longer for delivery if necessary. The shipper did not contact me personally to discuss changing dates or times, but canceled the shipment. I'm not impressed.

Patrick smith has done nothing but lie. He told us he was stuck in michigan when I found out he was really in florida at the time. And now he is not giving me back my money after he canceled. I have retained an attorney, I am filing report with westlake ohio p.d, and miami dade p.d. I have informed pay pal and u-ship. Customers BEWARE. You have been warned. He is also NOT affiliated with ap movers out of miami. They have been made aware, and informed me they have asked to not use thier name.
