The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
Service provider low balled the bid and then couldn't come through with the pickup. I highly recommend you stoip doing business with this carrier or broker. They just bid low and hope they can find someone and when they can't they screw the customer instead of paying the difference. I am very dissapointed in this ordeal. Please refund me ASAP for my deposit.My customer is now pissed off and this has been a nightmare. Please conatct me back with my deposit refund info. thanks jim
