The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
The shipper was unable to pick-up the shipment because of the gravel driveway, the weight and size of the shipment, and the door/porch configuration.

WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCOMADATE THIS SHIPPER AS THE PIANO WAS NOT LISTED ON USHIP CORRECTLY. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE CUSTOMER SHE STATED THERE WERE NO STAIRS AT THE ORIGIN. AS IT TURNED OUT THERE WERE 3 PLUS A VERY DIFFUCULT MONUEVOUR REQUIRED TO TO PUT PIANO ON ITS SIDE PLUS TURN 180 DEGREES TO GET OUT AND AROUND PORCH. THEN THERE WAS THE GRAVEL DRIVEWAY THAT ALSO WAS NOT MENTIONED.600 POUND PIANOS DO NOT ROLL ON GRAVEL. I OFFERED TO DO JOB BUT AT A MORE REALISTIC PRICE CONSIDERING.

Roy did an awesome job helping me move my stuff up to Vegas. Very helpful with ideas on how to make my move easier. I was able to save my dresser with his ideas. I will definitely call on him again if I ever move from Vegas. Thank you so much Roy!!!

Overall good experience. Roy's friendly and careful. Also accommodating: 1) slight change in inventory (fewer things moved), 2) meeting my delivery timeframe, 3) moving a couple things in delivery location to fit my shipment. However, some miscommunication about loading and unloading - not sure whose fault, uShip or him. I was forced to help him load some things, but he got someone else to help deliver.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
After discussing dates and times for pick-up/delivery , we couldn't come to an agreement on a delivery date that would suit the recipient's schedule.

THIS WAS A REAL STRANGE ONE? EACH DATE FOR DELIVERY WAS REJECTED AS THE RECIPIANT WAS NOT GOING TO BE HOME? EACH DATE FOR PICK UP WAS TOO SOON. SHE AGREED THAT MAYBE SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE POSTED A JOB ON USHIP. THE CUSTOMER WAS VERY SKITTISH ABOUT PAYMENT METHODS. I AM NOT SURE THERE REALLY WAS A JOB HERE OR THIS WAS SOME KIND OF JOKE. I SPENT ALOT OF TIME AND EFFORT EMAILING AND TALKING TO THIS "SHIPPER" I TRIED TO MAKE EVERY ACCCOMADATION ONLY TO HAVE HER CANCEL. IN 29 YEARS I'VE SEEN IT ALL.
