A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This is my fault as I did not SPECIFY that this item MUST be picked up and delivered during weekdays during business hours. Mover was trying to accomodate as best as he possibly could. He was very professional and would absolutely consider him in future. Great communication on his end as well. Sorry it didn't work out.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
This was totally my fault. Roy was very gracious, but I did not realize that the payment had to be made in cash. I only have a credit card.

Response from AMOVER: Thank you for your kind words. Sorry we couldn't get this to work. Because of prior incidents with long distance moves, it is my policy to accept only cash payments to avoid any problems. Hopefully we can work together in the future.
