I found the owner, driver & he served as 1 of the shippers not a professional mover. Roy did not demonstrate any level of professionalism in his communications, &this should have been my 1st warning. 2 furniture items were DAMAGED and he thought he could imply it was something we did. The 2 items were both items left in my apt and items he and his staff moved. He works at light speed, which there lay a major conflict w/moving someone's personal belongings. EXERCISE CAUTION!

1.If you omit the truthful facts about the amount of belongings you want us all to bid on , yes I have a problem with that. 2. If you post a job and don't mention that there are stairs ,a long carry and no parking, that does create a problem.3. Your husband told me that it took payment "of alot of beer" to get those things down stairs" Is it possible that your beer fueled helpers damaged your two items? 4.We work fast because we don't have all day to wait for you to pack while we are there.

THEY SOON FIND OUT THAT "CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER" AND "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR". WE HAVE BEEN A LICENSED AND INSURED FAMILY MOVING COMPANY, LICENSED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SINCE 1978. WHY ISN'T EVERYONE? BECAUSE CONVICTED FELONS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HOLD A VALID PUC LICENSE. I CONSTANTLY HEAR FROM SHIPPERS WHO ARE DISAPPOINTED WHEN THEIR ITEMS ARE STOLEN AND MISSING.

I was surprised that she cancelled after acceptance of our bid. She had used us before and was very satisfied. Based on our conversation I think she was having financial problems because she could not come up with the deposit required to hold the date and time she wanted. She had already paid the USHIP commision and had just spent thousands at Loew's and now had no creit left on her card to pay my $100 deposit . I hope things improve for her in the near future. A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I misread a message and thought the service provider could pick up on the 30th and accepted the bid. He could not and it would cost an additional $125 to have him make a special pick up in Santa Rosa. This is beyond my budget and therefore I must cancel the transaction.

Customer asked me if i could pick up on Friday. Before i could answer that it was already after 9pm on Friday she accepted my bid. As i was leaving on the 30th of Oct. to go to Palm Springs I could not pick up the folloing friday,but, I could help her out and drop my plans and make a special trip to her home that Sunday. As I must pay my helper overtime and the additional cost of making a special 120 mile round trip to Santa Rosa I explained i would have to add $125. She could not afford that.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Decided after speaking that I would rather relist.

Not really sure what happened here? She had used us two years ago to move up from LA, and was very satisfied. After paying her USHIP booking fee she did not want to pay my deposit fee. She said she had just spent thousand's on goods at LOWE"s and didn't feel good about putting additional charges on her card. I think she could not afford the additional charges on her card. That's too bad because there are alot of scary "movers" out there and I would hope she would not run into any of those.
