Negative is not a strong enough word for how I feel about this ordeal. The pickup was a mess, had to wait hours for someone to show up to load, delivery was 4 days late and ALL my furniture was damaged, no pads, no straps, and greasy machinery had to be moved off of my load. Have been arguing with these people for 3 weeks to repair or make this right. They not only say they are not responsible for the damages, but, refuse to make an honest refund or repair, nothing but excuses. AWFUL COMPANY!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Despite details given in both the listing and emails between myself and the service provider. the provider failed to account for the size of my shipment and it must be cancelled. In fact, truck space was so poorly accounted for that only a possible 2/10 of my shipment pieces could havr possibly been shipped in their vehicle.

Truck broke down,driver didn't show up,company didnt have insurance,new driver picked up Friday and items when it was to be delivered Friday. Driver quit. New driver dropped off DAMAGED motorcycle. Turn signals were damaged. Driver said two bikes were damaged. Owner claimed they don't cover these items. Damaged a rare motorcycle and refused to pay claim. Sent images before p/u and after. Filing suit for damages and compensation. Sold lots of things on EBay and never had these problems. Complete

Overall good experiance. good comunication and willing to work with you. I ship0ped a motorcycle and was told on arrival to check it completly out and any damage i find would be taken care of. Great cosomer service in a time of "here it is deal with it" attitudes of most companys. I would highly recommed this company.
