I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The provider never contacted me as agreed, and now is unreachable (the email address I have gets returned, and their account has been suspended by Uship). I paid in full already via PayPal.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services After continuously emailing back, and forth and being constantly put off as far as arrival date, I was notified that the shipper went bankrupt. Since too much time lapsed I am unable to get a refund from Paypal. I reported shipper to the FBI.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment This provider failed to pick up for nearly a month, then sent an email that he could not pickup and would be bankrupt. I paid all the freight in advance. Filed a claim with paypal and they nor uship responded with return. I have now shipped the item paying double the second time due to the crisis with the seller.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I accepted a bid from ALsuperstore for shipping a piece of sailboat equipment from Charlotte, NC. I made two payments using a company Visa card. The shippper can no longer be contacted but I've already paid and I want all payments refunded; $44.83 TO USHIP INC & $180.66 paid to ALSuperstore. I'm disputing the $180.66 paid to ALSuperstore and the $44.83 should be refunded to me from USHIP.

Booked easly but Driver was NOT told of White Glove pickup and delivery which we paid for. Complained at both ends about being treated badly and being sent to pick up alone when the clients were expecting White Glove. Shipper went " bankrupt" during delivery and office closed. We were lucky to get our table and chairs. ONly because the Driver cared.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I received an email that the shipper has filed for bankruptcy and is no longer in business. I have sent several emails to the shipper indicating that I already paid the deposit and I need a refund. Each email receives an "out of office" message that says customers will be contacted. I have not been contacted by anyone from the company. I was never able to get the shipper to set up a pickup date. After several months, I am not surprised they are out of business.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the shipper took half payment but has problems meeting committments as reported when i emailed uship about a paypal payment cancellation. I no longer wish to ship with this company and would like to cancel and return downpayment. Jay
