There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved
CUSTOMER HAD TWO VEHICLES TO BE TRANSPORTED AND ONE OF THE VEHCILES HAS ALREADY BEEN DELIVERED AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAYMENT. AS FAR AS THE OTHER ONE GOES. HE HAS NOT RETURNED CONTRACT NOR PAYMENT AND IT STATES IN OUR CONTRACT THE THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE VEHICLE IS ASSIGNED. TRIED CALLING HIM REGUARDING THIS WITH NO RESPONSE. SO I EMAILED HIM TO CONTACT ME. NEXT THING WE FIND OUT HE WANTS TO CANCEL. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. WE STILL ARE OWED MONEY ON THE ONE THAT WAS ALREADY DELIVER

Virgil was the best driver that I have ever had. He was on time, pleasant, and hard working. He kept in contact at each point of the move. I wish that there was more people like him, not only in the shipping world but in the world. If he says that he can do something, he can and will.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time
Match was to pickup before 2/2 and deliver before 2/4. They found no driver to handle load and did not attempt to contact me. Unable to contact them all weekend. Listing states that emails are monitored after hours. email was sent with no response. Anthony Lawson

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment
CRL could not pickup shipment because of equipment problems. Pickup sent to summit transport which did not pickup but is trying to send to a third trucker but will not return my phone calls or email. I am going to use another company with a better record.
