A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Shipment was awarded in January...been waiting patiently...it is May. Arne is nice guy, but he has gone back to work and is unable to deliver. I need to relist the shipment.

This is mostly true, but you failed to mention that you wanted me to add things to the shipment, and make additional runs, and you weren't sure witch items you wanted first or in what order. Anyway sorry this didn't work out, and good luck with all your shipments.
