The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time not only did the provider not show up, I was unable to contact or get a hold of anyone. I left about 10 phone messages and numerous email requests. I was very flexible with my schedule and the vehicle was to be picked up on 11/13/2007 and I still have not had any contact with the provider.
