The provider told me my car would be picked up in 1-3 days. He ignored my calls for 3 days and finally on the 4th day informed me that the truck was going to be picked up over a week after the scheduled pick up date. This company is a fraud and cannot be trusted. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The shipper was told 1 to 5 days but normally 1 to 3 days for this move.We wanted to place the vehicle with a trusted carrier for the later move but as you can see from the feedback,this would not work for her.We did place the vehicle on another truck and met the 5th day pick-up time frame.We were told by the shipper that she would change the feedback upon pick-up but she did not.We feel that the negative feedback we have received is undeserved but we can't stop people from jumping the gun.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The provider Whos bid I accepted never picked up my truck. Now they are not making any attemptes to recontact me or pick up my truck. It has been over 2 months.
Response from AHC1:
This shipment was filed as delivered for we were not notified by the carrier that the vehicle was never picked-up eventhough they accepted the shipping order twice.We were not contacted by phone in regards to this problem by the shipper but after research we found an email from the shipper in our spam/junk mail.A phone call works best if there is a problem however we now have a new system that prevents carriers from accepting shipping orders and not picking them up.We will offer to move it again

AAA++++ Shipper. Excellent communication. Answered phone at all kinds of weird hours. Very professional and friendly. Driver also was extremely accomodating and easy to deal with. Would definitely reccomend to others and do business with you again!
