This was a very professional job on the part of AFC Worldwide express. Everything went as they said it would from communication with the company supplying the goods to arranging pickup here in the UK. All my contacts both e-mail and telephone were answered quickly and politely. Overall a high standard of professionalism. Thank you.

Total disaster!!! Never picked up the cannon! Agreed to payment on delivery then collected the FULL amount behind our back from the receiver. Lied to us repeatedly and also about us to Uship and our customer! Told us he would pick up the item on Jan 18th and then a month later said he could not reach the pick-up person. Sender advised us he never received even one call. As of now have not received refund from Uship.com and customer has not received his $1,222 refund from Jason.

This shipper is on drugs. Our company is independently owned and is based on customer service. I had a person from our White Glove Department handle this shipment and called the destination (pick-up location)daily trying to arrange for pick-up. The pick-up is at a residential home and we will not send someone in without an appointment to a residential location for liability purposes. Refund to the customer was made. Please avoid this shipper at all cost. We were the 2nd victim of shipment.

Monies were refunded to customer. Shipper/3rd party seller of commodity was not a instrument in helping to secure an appointment. After failure of securing a pick-up, the seller of the commodity blamed us, the carrier, for this neglegence. We seemed to be the second carrier that had this problem. We over communicated our needs, but the shipper would not assist to complete the transaction. Response from bronzecannons: MONEY was never refunded to this date (6/14/2008.) Now have to file with the credit card company to cancel the payment.
