We are a Specimen Ornamental Tree Farm on St. Helena Island, South Carolina. We have a 4500 GMC Western hauler with a 20' + 5' hinged ramp beaver tail. The 20' Section has 4' high Front & Side Plastic Lumber Sideboards. Tree orders that are too small or too large for our trailer are generally contracted out to other shippers. Many times we find ourselves returning unloaded and as a result may be able to offer very cost effective transporation for others.

Response from ACRACR: Mr. Coleman, you simply have a problem telling the truth. This is evidenced by your executing a written agreement to pay us $500.00 in damages and then saying your truck was overloaded. Your truck being overloaded is simply untrue and you sir are responsible for accempting a load you bid on Our shipment was accurately listed as well know. We immediately replaced the trees and delivered ourselves at a great loss. Mr. Bernard Coleman executed & faxed a written agreement to repay $500.00 as damages by the end of June, 2008. He did pay $250.00 in June. As of this time we have not received the balance and consider him disreputable. We likewise intend to file with the State & Federal Dept. of Transporation a formal complaint. Would not recommend to anyone.
