Nie wieder. Spiegel abgebrochen!

Spiegel wurden beim Abholen für den Transport eingeklappt. Beim Transport löste sich ein Spiegel aus der Halterung. Beim Abladne habe ihn wieder auf der Halterung positioniert, hatte allerdings kein passendes Werkzeug dabei um den Spiegel wieder zu befestigen. Nach dem Abladen drückte zog und zerrte der Kunde an dem Spiegel, bis letztendlich dann auch die Halterung gebrochen ist! Kunde stand beim Abladen unter Alkoholeinfluss, die Alkoholfahne war eindeutig !!!

Der Käufer möchte das Motorrad selbst abholen. Mit dem Spediteur habe ich mich bereits in Verbindung gesetzt. Bitte informieren Sie ihn auch noch über die Stornierung.
