An accident happened that broke the stairmaster and it took some time for us to locate another one for her. We bought an up-graded version, delivered it to her and did not charge anything for the shipping. Our goal is to always make things right or better than before. Courtesy calls when picked up, in route, the day before delivery and 15 minutes before they showed up. The crew is very professional and took great care in the shipment of my product. It was delived in excellent condition and on time. This was amazing when you consider the icy road conditions. I highly recommend these folks and won't hesitate to use them again. View Listing
