He wants to complain about MY terms of service. I have a 50% cancellation fee, where as there was no late fee discussed. Had this run not cost me so much I would of offered a discount but could not as I DID have so many breakdowns. I delivered the bike with no damage. A negative feedback was not warranted. I'm sorry it was late but at least it got there as I ALMOST WENT OFF THE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN WITH IT due to a tire on my trailer almost coming off.

We believe that it's important to Communicate in the manner our customers like to communicate. Usual pickup times occur between 1-5 days...Beefing up our logistics team has allowed us to be able to pickup vehicles within 24-48Hrs. We are the "superheroes" of auto shipping! EXCELLENT, excellent service! Very polite and was really impressed with the quality of service I received. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again at all in any circumstance.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider accepted the bid, and in their acceptance conditions, said they could pick the car up within 5 days of bid acceptance. The bid was accepted Sunday night (11/8/2015) and as of Saturday morning (11/14/2015), they were unable to schedule or assign a driver to pick up the car. This was over their 5 day acceptance condition, so I would called to tell them (Corsia) that I would no longer need their services as they were not able to fulfill their end of their accepted contract.

Item was initially supposed to be delivered Saturday evening (possibly Sunday morning), didn't pick it up until Sunday night and didn't deliver until Weds night. Supposedly they had multiple breakdowns and trailer issues.
The only reason I'm so annoyed is that he wouldn't let me cancel without paying the 50% fee, but he was 4 days late getting me the bike and had no repercussions. Wouldn't even work with me on the cancellation either (wasn't sure if the bike would be ready in time to ship).

Saturday was pick up last I recall and I can not control breakdowns. I got your bike to you in one piece. A negative was not warranted...
