I no longer need my item(s) shipped There were no problems with the service provider. It turns out that the party selling me the furniture was unable to locate it when the shipper arrived at the destination. He went out of his way to help her attempt to locate the items, but they were unable to do so. Therefore, there were no items to be shipped.

Tony was highly professional. He worked with me both prior to and after I accepted his bid to make appropriate arrangements. There was excellent communication from start to finish. He was very careful with my items, and delivered them in tip-top shape. I would gladly use Kelly Freight again and recommend them highly! Thanks, Tony!
