For: 2013 Suzuki gsxr1000
Customer was very demanding and hard to deal with. Looked bike over very closely and found no defects at delivery. Next day then says fork seals were blown. Was informed before booking that bike would be delivered past his desired date. He booked it and then complained after the fact. Would not work with again

I should have left negative feedback because I had to pay $210 for container cancellation DUE TO YOUR DELAY. let me quote you when I asked you what is the lastest you will deliver? and you answered "I may be as late as the 16th arriving in fla" but you delivered on the 18th. you did not even bother to call and let know that you will be late, even though I clearly informed you that I need to book for a container before I accepted your bid. and YES you did damage the forks seal.

Salman and Ebrahim were great to work with. They were very easy to communicate with and were patient with a short delay in delivery due to a minor truck repair, that means the world to us in this hectic business. We would recommend them to anyone and we would definitely work with them again.

I clearly informed he shipper that the bike needs to delivered no later than 16 because I have a container to load. it came 2 day late and he did not inform me that he will be late. the right front fork seal burst because it was under high compression from straps.

First off, customer knew prior to booking that bike would be delivered out of his desired date. Secondly, customer did thorough inspection at delivery and there was absolutely no fork leakage. Forks are not compressed during transport. Customer was difficult from the start

For the past 3 years of shipping motorcycles through Uship, I have never seen a perfect setup like the one intactshipping has. The trailer is perfectly equipped with tire chalker, soft straps, hooks properly spaced to fit any motorcycle size, motorcycle cover, and a security camera inside the trailer for 24/7 safety. IF YOU HAVE A MOTORCYCLE, SHIP WITH GUY WITHOUT EVEN THINKING TWICE, ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY, AND YOU DONT HVAE TO WORRY ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR BIKE.

damaged the car. he wanted me to take off the rims of a $110,000 car to a shop where it will be sent to california to be fixed, and the car has to set on a jack for two weeks to do that.

it was 3 days after delivery he said something an I still offered to pay for repair to a scratched rim that the place would have back to him next day car was pickup in NY in a snow storm scratch was probably there from the begining
