I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment The driver we sent to pickup the vehicle for us was involved in an accident before pickup and could not pickup the vehicle. Please refund the deposit to the shipper so that they can pursue other means. Our apologies.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Driver was involved in an accident as shipper claims, but this was two days after the scheduled pick up.
Response from initiallogistics:
The driver we sent to pickup the vehicle for us was involved in an accident before pickup and could not pickup the vehicle. Please refund the deposit to the shipper so that they can pursue other means. Our apologies for the delay due to the holiday.
