The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I brought a 4000 lb hoist to pick up this "2000 lb safe" and it would not pick it up. I'm sorry this didn't work out but I made every effort to make this happen!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I believe the service provider is not interested in completing the job. My phone calls are not being returned which in my opinion is totaly unproffesional.

Shipper listed item at 2000 lbs! Went to do the job with a 4000 lbs lift and it wouldn't move it!
