1stClassShipping has been absolutely horrible to deal with. My listing clearly specified residential delivery. I even verified with them that it was residential delivery and they RAISED their quote to accurately reflect it. They then overcharged me $20 on the intital charge with no explanation. I questioned that and they refunded it promptly. They then charged me an ADDITIONAL $85 weeks later. When I questioned this, it was for RESIDENTIAL delivery, and they have never refunded this.
