A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My orig. bid was indeed for the 23-24, but since I didn't receive the acceptance within that timeframe, I submitted a different bid indicating pick-up/delivery on or about the 28th-29th... additionally, my questions to the shipper prior to the acceptance of the bid indicated shipping would be a few days after xmas. We discussed time/day upon acceptance,& the purchaser advised that there shouldn't be issues w/ delivery after xmas as there were no children involved. 5 days later, it was cancelled.

Great experience! Thank you for a fantastic job! This guy took our great big old collie all the way to Florida in his cab with no crate and treated the dog like a king! I'm happy, the dog is happy and his new owners are delighted! Best outcome possible!

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved bis indicated pickup and delivery between 12/23 and 12/24, but when I contacted shipper her plan was for 12/28. My buyer was not agreeable and cancelled purchase. No item therefore to be shipped. Must cancel.

I had two bids for this shipment... one with later delivery dates...as it was xmas weekend... and there was a misunderstanding within that context. Unfortunately, I had not yet cancelled the first bid. I am glad that the breeder was able to get this pup to its new home.

Patrick did not communicate well. I had to call him every time and waited over 6 hours after scheduled pick up time to hear that he would not arrive for another 36 hours. He was over a day late delivering.

The scheduled pickup was within two days of booking as shown in the bid details. As I neared Ohio to pick up on Sunday (within the two days of booking) Diane and I agreed to start the delivery on Monday as going on Sunday would have interupted her church and family activities. I showed up early Monday as we agreed and made the delivery by 6pm in NY. The deliver by date in the listing was 11/8/2011 and I got the puppy there by 11/7/2011.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period I called twice and left messages with no response. I emailed with no response. I called again and discovered the phone number is wrong. The provider has not attempted to contact me and now the time has run out. He agreed to pick up between the 14th and the 16th and it is now 8pm on the 16th and I have not heard from them. I have now contracted with a non uship driver because my customer is upset and wants their puppy in the timeframe I quoted them. This has been a headache.
