Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time We have attempted pick up of this item 4 time each time we have been told that the pallet was not ready to be picked up up to the last time of the customer was on a 2 week vaction. He told us "no worries" pallet can be picked upat your convience...as long as it is by june...we have been in contact and done everything in our power to get this done.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Informed shipment was ready and told would be picked up within 1 week.(that was 2 weeks ago) Phone # for contact has been disconected.Sent e-mails to 2 different contacts requesting they contact me and have had no response. Still want to ship and am willing to pay for services. If they contact me I will still hold up my end of deal.
