It was a pleasure shipping Larry's pontoon boat. He was very understanding when it came to a problem at delivery. All around great customer. Would be delighted to ship for him again. Thanks again Larry

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it We provided the hight dimensions of our trailer and the customer provided the hight dimensions of the items he needed shipped. It looked like everything would work out fine, but upon arrival to pick up the items, there were several items that were much taller than the measurements provided to us. The items can only be transported in the upright possition, and we did not want to take a chance in damaging them. We are not placing blame on the seller, nor this customer. Mix ups like this occasion

One thing is for sure shipper stayed in contact and delivered on time...Very friendly, personable and trustworthy...Had one problem, the boat dealer gave an envelope with important papers and keys...Keys fell out of envelope and I did not receive them for several days after, could not use the boat until keys were received, somewhat frustrating but they did finally mailed them to me...Overall had a good experience...A word of advise to shipper, keep close track of all items in their trust...

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider canceled

We provided the height dimensions of our trailer to this customer and he provided what he believed to be the dimension of the tallest item to be shipped. It looked like everything would work fine but upon arrival to pick up the items, there were several that were much to tall. We don't place blame on anyone for this. Mix ups like this occasionally do happen. We wish Larry the best of luck with his shipment.
