I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. the problem of this shipment is i was unable to contact the seller afetr weeks and i was told to just go in the yard and get the item and im not comfortable doing that and the shipment was booked along with another shipment in the area for it to be picked up by itself is not worth a trip the customer is very hard to get up with also it took weeks to get up with these people very bad experience

When I accepted your bid you were given all contact details and instructions how to get and deliver the shipment. My job was done at that moment. It was completely your responsibility to contact the seller and arrange everything, I paid you money for that and it's how the service works. I shouldn't baby seat and call everybody 10 times a day and ask how it's going. You answered my emails from 2nd or 3rd time only which delayed the shipment even more. You're right, it's my the worst experience.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved NOT TRUE. THIS SHIPMENT WAS BASED ON ANOTHER SHIPMENT THAT I AM WAITING ON AND HE WAS AWARE OF THAT. I TEXTED HIM ON MONDAY WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY WITH THE UPDATE AND TOLD HIM IT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN UNTIL THE 29TH. THIS CUSTOMER IS IN AUSTRAIL AND HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF MY E-MAILS. HE WAS FULLY AWARE AND EVEN TOLD ME THE DAY HE BOOKED THAT IT WOULD BE FINE. WHAT IS UP WITH THESE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR LIES !!!!!!

Are you kidding?? You got emails on 11th, 14th, and 18th. You responded to the last one only, 4 days after the date you should pickup the shipment. Your wrote you left some text messages to Jim, but I'm not Jim, OK? It's the seller, you were aware of that. You deal with me, I pay you money not him. And I responded to your every email, I can copy here all the emails sequence, don't lie to people! Before I booked the shipment you wrote you would be in Arizona on 15th. I said it's fine. Scammer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved UNFORTUNATELY WHEN THIS SHIPMENT WAS BOOKED THE BIKE WAS PAID FOR BY THE BUYER/CUSTOMER HOWEVER THE SELLER HAD A PROBLEM AND UNCERTAINTY WITH THE PAYMENT AS IT WAS FROM OVERSEAS.... DUE TO THE SELLER NOT RELEASING THE BIKE WE WERE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP AS SCHEDULED. WE HAD GREAT COMMUNICATION WITH THE BUYER/CUSTOMER AND TRIED ONCE AGAIN TO PICK UP ON A RETURN TRIP... A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The seller lost his phone and couldn't meet the shipper at the time he came up. The shipper came in the morning when nobody was at home without arranging a suitable time frame with the seller. These both circumstances have leaded to undelivered shipment. The another try was rejected by the shipper.

couldnt get up with the seller til after 2 weeks then he wanted me to come all the way there for the 1 item when i was ther 3 weeks before doing a move he never answered his phone and he knew i was coming

Great shipper! VERY smooth transaction. I even had no need to call him, 1 email was enough for him to complete the whole deal! He called the seller, arranged a time frame for pickup, called the recipient, then delivered in 1 day, sent me an email that it was completed... I was surprised, it's first time when I meet such a responsible shipper. Highly recommend for everyone to deal with!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper promissed to pickup the shipment on 15th of August but it never happened. After 4 emails he replied he couldn't deliver it anymore. We lost a whole week because of this delay.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We agreed that the shipper would pick up my shipment within 7 days after the booking. Today it's more than 2 weeks left already and he doesn't reply to emails and doesn't answer to my phone calls. I can't get a response from him what happened. He never delivered my shipment. I want to get my deposit back because I will list the shipment again. I need to ship it really fast now, I have no time to wait anymore.
