The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer was told in bid that I could NOT bring fridge/mattress to truck but would provide hand truck & straps. Drove 48 miles up, & up a very dangerous road. Person waiting (father) said that he could not even help me with fridge or mattress. I could have brought help along if advised. I asked if a neighbor could be called to give a hand but she said that she did not know anyone. Customer should not receive refund. I am out of 4 hours pluss my cost.
