Picking up and delivering the motorcycles and trailer was easy (although the trip was plagued by delays). Joan kept in touch, was flexible and her hospitality meant the world to this weary traveler. Working with the seattledriver was exceptional,his communication central kept in touch with me every step of the way. They answered all my questions and concerns immediately and put me at ease. We feel like family.My bikes and trailer were delivered wrapped in tarps and out of the weather and were perfect when they arrived.I also was amazed at the knowledge of both parties in dealing with the unforseen delays. I will defintely use
