I spoke with David(The Customer) Several times over a 2 day period. The customer was unable to pallatize there bike and asked for assistance. I tried calling on there behalf to find them a pallet for shipment without success. The customer descided to cancell because they could not palletize there vehicle.

Picked up the bike quickly, shipped quickly, vehicle arrived exactly how it was picked up, really doesn't get better then these guys. If you want your vehicle shipped right, fast and with 2 of the most respectful and communicative people in the business, these are your guys. A+++ on all ends, Thanks guys.
