Tricked into leaving feedback before delivery, then they delivered vehicle with dead battery, new battery was fine, they must have left key in ignition when they loaded car. Then, delivery was made on a Highway, US41, illegally parked. Additionally, their uship web page claimed to have credit card payments available, but on arrival day, they told me that credit card payment was not possible. I was driving RV from California to Florida and this was a real pain in the a**. Overall looks bad.

This rating should be directed to the carrier and not us (the dispatcher), we did everything we were suppose to. I had absolutely no idea there was any issues, no one ever called us, emailed, anything.. I called you today and tried to find out what happened and you hung up on me. I understand that your frustrated, I would be too. But at least give us a chance to make things rite. It's not like someone called us and we did nothing. I would appreciate a call back, lets work this out.
