Was very pleased with their service. I lucked out and they happened to be in the area where my cats were and they were able to pick them up the same day as placing bid. Their bid was by far the lowest I received. They did arrive later than originally estimated but did keep informed and updated along the way. My precious little kitties were delivered healthy and in one piece. I would definitely use them again if I needed to and would recomend them to others.

We were delayed an hour waiting for an accident which closed the road, but yes, we did stay in contact as described. Great price, we delivered 2000 miles in 3 days... I think the star rating was a little harsh, to be honest.
