After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I am not confident in the integrity nor professional ability in the service provider. He did not return any of my phone calls/emails which were sent daily over 4 days. The number he provided was that on the uship website. He did not have contact with the person whom I purchased my merchandise from. He was unable to keep his delivery date. When he showed up a day late for pickup, the seller informed me that his vehicle was crammed with items that would have scratched/damaged my merchandise.

WE OBVIOUSLY TALKED WITH SHIPPER 2 ARRANGE PICKUP/DELIVERY TIMES! DUH! RECALL HOW U PUT OFF SHIPMENT 4 2 WEEKS UPON ACCEPTANCE, THEN SUDDENLY U GOT IMPATIENT AFTER WE MADE EVERY EFFORT 2 SQUEEZE U BACK IN & KEEP U SMILING. YES OUR TRUCK WAS "CRAMMED" AS U PUT IT, BUT SHOULD IT NOT BE OR JUST BE RESERVED FOR U? AND NO, WE WERE NOT GOING 2 RISK DAMAGING YOUR BIKE. WE CALLED U & TOLD U THAT, THEN OFFERED TO BURN MORE GAS & TIME 2 RESCHEDULE YOU BUT U CHOSE, INSTEAD, TO BASH US. THUS, THE BIKE SITS!
