I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We have a truck dispatched to load this unit on Monday and would like to follow through with the load.

Wow - you really think anybody will believe your tall tales? You gave me totally inaccurate length, width, height, & weight; cost me hundreds of dollars in lost fuel & time, and when I called you to tell you your specs were wrong you admitted you were guessing (though listing said "Exact Specs") & said you would pay 50% of the bid price like my terms require when given false information, but you never did. Now this? At least I have honor and integrity in my business transactions...

All specs were as per mfg. and correct. Equiptment was picked up and moved with no issues. Unfortunately when dealing with certain carriers you can be blind sided with their capabilities. This was a good lesson for myself in dealing with the least expensive carrier. Look into your carrier and make sure they confirm that they are familiar with what they are picking up and what type of truck and trailer they will be using. A simple pick up should not be used for moving equiptment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipping provider is a broker and cannot locate someone to pickup the equiptment. Equiptment is sitting in a storage yard for a couple of weeks now and I need to move forward with someone else.

This delivery company is a joke. Not only do they show up with the wrong truck and trailer to pick up equiptment they try to charge you for their mistakes. All info was clearly given including the make and model with pictures. I shop a lot of equiptment and have never dealt with someone so unprofessional.
